TEACHERS COVERED IN PRAYER

Making a difference in the lives of teachers, one prayer at a time!

We seek to strengthen teachers, whom we consider to be front line missionaries, at McWhorter Elementary and Prince of Peace Christian School through our initiative, Teachers Covered in Prayer! Our hope is to provide a source of comfort and inspiration, reminding teachers they are not alone in their mission to educate and shape young hearts and minds. Volunteers commit to praying for an assigned teacher daily, writing them a note of encouragement quarterly (mailed to the school), and participating in blessing the school staff with treats twice a year (done as a group and participation is optional).  We will equip you to serve well by providing the vision, the expectations, and the process.  The ask is simple yet impactful!  Together, let's make a difference in the lives of our teachers, one prayer at a time!
