New Year Bible Study Kick-Off
It’s time to Kick Off 2026! At Prince of Peace, we value God’s people connecting to God’s Word and to each other. We desire each person to feel connected not only to the church and to one another, but also to our Lord through intentional study of His Word. On Sunday, January 4 from 9:15-10:15 am, we will Kick Off FALL and encourage everyone to connect to a Bible study during the connect hour. All children, youth, and adults are invited to participate in 2026.
Adult Sunday Bible Studies
Room 204 – FIRST STEP: Led by Mike Zimmer, (On 1/4/26). An overview of Prince of Peace and introduction to the different ministries.
Room 300 – Young Adult Connect: Led by Jennifer Burnette, DCM, (Starting 1/4/26 ending 3/29/26). Exploring Lutheranism 101 and learning what sets us apart from other denomination.
Room 301 – Abide: Led by Diane Duda, (Starting 1/4/26 ending 5/8/26). Apostle John reminds how the early church faced division, deception & doubt to hold fast. 2000 years later, his words continue to call Christians to hold onto the assurance of our faith.
Room 302 – GOD’S NOT DEAD: Led by Laura Seale, (Starting 1/4/26 ending 2/22/26). 8 weeks study on Christians firm foundation and to be ready to defend their faith.
Room 303 – The Book of Romans: Led by Shannon Griffin, (Starting 1/4/26 – 3/29/26). God’s Judging and Saving Righteousness in the Gospel of Jesus.
Room 304 – Moses: Prince, Shepherd, Savior: Led by Dave Schlack & Glenn Miller, (Starting 1/4/26 ending 3/1/26). The biography of Moses told by Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy.
Room 305 - Parent Connect: Led by Mandy Lowe, DCE (Starting 1/4/26 - ongoing). Designed to equip parents through Bible study, discipleship training, guest speakers, and small group discussions to be the faith leaders in their home.
Room 307 – DISCOVERY CLASS: Led by Pastor Sabir Bashir (Starting 1/11/26 – ending 2/15/26). A 6-week class about Lutheran teaching, an opportunity to explore Worship, Connect & Serve at Prince of Peace and becoming a member.
Conference Center – The Book of Titus: Led by Tom Couser, DCE, (Starting 1/4/26 ending 1/25/26, 2025). 4-session series on the Book of Titus.

Teaching God’s word through hands on lessons, play and reading the Bible together.

Room 304 | 6:00 – 7:30 pm | Women’s Bible Study – Daughters of Grace | Led by Patsy Bashir A 6 week study on the Women of the Bible to equip believers to understand the historical and biblical context of the Women in the Bible and recognizing how these women point to God’s great mercy.
