Scripture Reading: Job 1:1-12 Ash Wednesday reminds us that we often listen to the wrong voice; the voice of self-pity, the voice of fear, the voice of indulgence. Listening to these voices we crash and we burn. This Ash Wednesday, we invite you to listen to the only voice that matters. Jesus speaks with tenderness and love and at His table He gives us these words for the ages, “Take, eat, this is my body for you. Take, drink, this is my blood for the forgiveness of all your sins!” With this voice guiding us we will land safely in his loving arms, tonight and forevermore!
