How God Works

Have you ever heard people say, “God healed me.” “God spoke to me.” God fed me.”? What comes to mind when you hear these statements? The ordinary or extraordinary? The natural or supernatural. When we pray, “give us this day our daily bread,” how does God deliver? Vocation reveals that God has chosen to do His supernatural and extraordinary work through natural and ordinary people. NTReading: Matthew 6: 7-15

From Series: "Vocation: God at Work"

HOW SHALL WE LIVE? This is the question that Christians struggle with the most. The question is not about trusting in Jesus, it’s about following Him in our daily life. Vocation helps us to understand how to live as a follower of Jesus in the places where we live, work and play. An understanding of vocation will help us see God at work through the school teacher, police officer, doctor, mother, father and, yes, even me!
