Mr. Stanton graduated from Southwestern University in 2005 with a B.A. in Business. Upon graduating, he realized that his desire to work with young people was stronger than his desire to enter the business world.  Currently, he is completing his Master of Arts in Teaching, 4th – 8th grade math, at Texas Woman’s University in Denton.

Mr. Stanton grew up in the Lutheran school system attending Zion Lutheran School and Lutheran High School.  He still remembers playing elementary sports against POPCS when Mr. Hahn was the coach.

Over the past two years, Mr. Stanton has had the opportunity to work as a tutor, substitute teacher and coach at Lutheran High. He coached cross country, soccer and baseball at the junior varsity and varsity levels. This year he will be teaching middle school Math as well as coaching. He recently moved to Carrollton and began attending Prince of Peace Lutheran Church.
