Mr. Daugherty will be teaching 12th grade religion (Christianity, Worldview and Apologetics). He received a B.S. in Mathematics from Chadron State College in Chadron, NE and a Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary, Dallas, TX. A lifelong Lutheran, he is committed to helping students prepare for the challenges of college and young adult life, especially as it relates to their faith in Jesus Christ and their commitment to His calling. 

In addition to his responsibilities at POPCS, Mr. Daugherty is also the Director of NeXtGen Ministries at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church. NeXtGen focuses on building community, faith and ministry opportunities for young adults aged 18-35. He and his wife Beth live in Plano and have been members of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church for over 4 years.
