Mountains of North Carolina
Spend a week in a beautiful home in the Blue Ridge Mountains near
Brevard, NC. The house is located on a five-acre lot on the top of
Slick Rock Mountain. Guests have access to a small lake with sections
roped off for swimming, fishing and canoeing. There are hiking trails
and several caves on the property. There are several nice
public golf courses close by as well.
This area of Western NC
is known for having more than 250 waterfalls, many of which are visible
from the road or by short hike. One highlight is Sliding Rock, which is
a natural water slide with a gentle slope that is about 60 feet long,
ending in a large, deep pool at the bottom. Flat Rock, which is 20
miles away, offers many summer activities such as outdoor theater,
music, festivals, etc. The house can accommodate a large family or
group of friends. The house is not available Memorial Day
weekend or the month of July.
Load up your hunting equipment, tackle box and outdoor gear! This is
your chance to experience the great outdoors with your child and
another father/son pair. Enjoy a weekend deer hunt on Meridian Creek
Ranch. There are plenty of deer to hunt from the deer blinds. You might
even have a chance at a wild hog! When you’re not out
hunting, take time to enjoy some fishing or just explore the property!
