Sponsorship allows your organization to communicate directly with the families of POPCS and have a campus presence all year long.

IMPERIAL - $50,000 – Presenting Sponsor*
Presenting Sponsorship allows your organization to communicate directly with the families of POPCS and have a campus presence all year long.
  • Auction signage package, which includes:
 
  • Logo signage on all POPCS home sporting events. This would include prominent signage in the POPCS gymnasium and logo banner on outdoor sports fields.
  • Logo signage at school-year opening and closing events attended by POPCS families
  • Thank you on POPCS billboard during the week leading up to Auction
  • Logo banner on POPCS' Online Auction website
  • Graphic e-mail sent to all school families announcing the presenting sponsor
  • Special presentation to the company representative at Auction
  • Right to distribute company-provided promotional item at Auction
  • Special signage designation at each guest table
  • Company logo on the 2009 POPCS spirit t-shirts which is given to all students
  • Press release with photo announcing the presenting sponsor
  • Full-page ad in POPCS' yearbook *Artwork due by January 15, 2009 for 2009 yearbook. All others will be in the 2010 yearbook.
  • Invitation to the Headmaster’s Donor Appreciation Party (date TBA)
  • Link to your company's website on POPCS' Auction website
  • Full page recognition in the Auction program
  • Special signage recognition at Auction and at POPCS before and after event
  • Name listed in 2009-2010 school directory and school newsletter
  • Complimentary executive suite at the Westin Galleria the night of Auction
  • Private 1 hour executive suite pre-event reception at Westin Galleria for 20 guests
  • Two preferred tables for 10 guests at Auction with complimentary champagne


*The Imperial Presenting Sponsorship package will be available to only one organization. Once a company has committed and presented payment, it is no longer available to another business. This provides an exclusive opportunity for a business to leverage promotional opportunities within a captured audience. 50% of sponsorship fee due upon signing of contract. Remaining balance due by March 1, 2009.

DIAMOND - $25,000
  • Auction signage package, which includes:
