Priority of Applicants
- Currently enrolled students who re-enroll by January 31, 2008.
- Siblings of enrolled students who have not yet attended Prince of Peace. Church Members / Fingerprints students who enroll by January 31, 2008.
- Waiting List of new requests for admission that were turned in prior to January 31, 2008.
- New Requests for admission.
- If a class is at capacity, the parents may request that their child be placed in a waiting pool for the current school year. Each application is dated and timed when received in the school office; however, all applicants are considered for their unique merits.
The following must take place before a new student's admission will be considered complete.
All placements are subject to students meeting entrance requirements and receiving approval to enter the requested grade.

For Early Learning Center Children (six weeks – two years old), Preschool, and K Prep
**Please note: Children must be potty trained to start school if enrolling in 3 year old program or older. No diapers or pull-ups are allowed in the Preschool program.
- Complete application form and pay application fees.
- Furnish a copy of the child’s certified Birth Certificate and immunization records.
- A Teacher Evaluation Form must be given to the child’s current teacher to be completed and mailed back to Prince of Peace Christian School by that teacher.
- Before acceptance into our program the principal may ask that the student visit the class for a few hours one morning.
- Upon completion of these steps an Administrator will review the file. If the applicant’s parents concur with the recommendations of the school regarding grade/class placement, then the Financial Forms and fees are due within one week of receiving the placement letter. *
- The student will be enrolled upon acceptance, receipt of forms, payment of fees and completion of tuition financial arrangements.
For Kindergarten Students through 4th Grade
- Complete application form with photo and appropriate application fee.
- Furnish a copy of the child’s certified Birth Certificate and immunization records.
- Furnish a copy of student’s most recent report card and achievement testing.
- A Teacher Evaluation Form must be given to the child’s current teacher to be completed and mailed or faxed to Prince of Peace Christian School by that teacher.
- Individual Testing will be arranged and completed.
- After testing and before finalizing acceptance into our program the principal may ask that the student visit the class for a few hours one morning.
- Upon completion of these steps, an Administrator will review the file. If the applicant’s parents concur with the recommendations of the school regarding grade/class placement, then the Financial Forms and fees are due within one week of receiving the placement letter. *

For Students 5th through 12th Grade
- Items 1-3 in above listing.
- Evaluations completed by Principal, Math and English teachers. Questionnaires completed by parent/student.
- ISEE Testing will be arranged and completed through ERB either at Prince of Peace or another DFW testing site.
- An Administrator will interview all applicants.
- After testing and before finalizing acceptance into our program the principal may ask that the student visit the school classes for a few hours one morning. (Preschool through 8th grade)
- When the admission file is complete, an Administrator will review it. If the applicant’s parents concur with the recommendations of the school regarding grade/class placement, then the Financial Forms and fees are due within one week of receiving the placement letter. *
- The student will be enrolled upon acceptance, receipt of forms, payment of fees and completion of tuition financial arrangements.
For All Students Registering for ESS, Preschool through 6th Grade
- Complete Extended School Supervision (ESS) Registration Form.
- Pay application fee.
* Upon acceptance, those desiring to pay tuition on a monthly schedule must complete the FACTS Tuition Management process (preferably online).
